The short version: Fretwell doesn't know who you are.

Your practice stays on your device

Fretwell has no accounts and no sign-up — we never ask for your name or your email.

Your lesson progress, streak, theme, and sound settings are saved in your own browser. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data erases them.

What we count

We run our own visit counter — no ad networks, no third-party trackers, no cookies. It records which pages get visited and roughly what size of screen is reading them, so we know what to build next.

A random id saved in your browser tells new visitors from returning ones. It isn't connected to your name (we don't know your name), and clearing your browser data resets it.

Card details

Tips on the support page are processed by Stripe. The card form is Stripe's own — your card number goes to Stripe and never touches Fretwell. Their side of it is covered by the Stripe privacy policy. We keep the payment facts — the amount, the date, the status — and nothing about you.
